Hi

 

Does anyone on here fly the koopman pigeons,or raced them for a few years and if so are they doing the buissness for them and at what distance.

They are just van loons really a mate of mine is buying them £1350 each and are topping the fed for him !!

Thats the trouble with them silly money IMO, you can buy breeders of fed winners for lot less than that! I paid £30!

 

For that price for me they would have to breed national winners, lots of them.

koopmans birds are class and are winning all over both straight n crossed  as for poortfliet birds  good results but dont tick any boxes for me..

 

yea,they didnt look very clever when i looked at them but they were latebreds,cudnt believe how much he made the other week,16 grand i was told.

Hi Phil i bought 13 from his first sale in Manchester, one never made up as i would of liked (they were all very late bred) so i now have 12t.

not all champions or even just average pigeons are beautiful to look at, or good in the hand its whats in the head and the heart to come and win on any type of day ;)

Have crossed 2 Koopman Van Dyck lines with the frans zwols with some really good results, my Ace YB of the WOESRC 2009 is a koopman x Zwols!!! Paid £250 each for mine but had to call in a favour or two at that price!!!!!

can't believe how expensive pigeons are now these koopmans must be the real deal and if you had to call in a couple of favours  and still pay£250 they must be big money.

ps. maxwellthose poorvliets look very tidy

i no what you meen about the price of birds now adays ,my dad just give one away to my mate two months ago as he did not like the look of it in his cree did not blend in he just got it at the blackpool show so my mate got it for nowt a realy bargain
