Guest mick bowler Posted October 13, 2009 Report Posted October 13, 2009 They are just van loons really a mate of mine is buying them £1350 each and are topping the fed for him !! Thats the trouble with them silly money IMO, you can buy breeders of fed winners for lot less than that! I paid £30! For that price for me they would have to breed national winners, lots of them.

dwh Posted October 25, 2009 Report Posted October 25, 2009 not all champions or even just average pigeons are beautiful to look at, or good in the hand its whats in the head and the heart to come and win on any type of day
swilcox Posted October 26, 2009 Report Posted October 26, 2009 Have crossed 2 Koopman Van Dyck lines with the frans zwols with some really good results, my Ace YB of the WOESRC 2009 is a koopman x Zwols!!! Paid £250 each for mine but had to call in a favour or two at that price!!!!!
dwh Posted October 26, 2009 Report Posted October 26, 2009 can't believe how expensive pigeons are now these koopmans must be the real deal and if you had to call in a couple of favours and still pay£250 they must be big money. ps. maxwellthose poorvliets look very tidy
