What to feed for the longer races?

Anyone try peanuts and cheese chopped

in a blender and fed to the pigeons for the longer races

nah dnt feed chesse, peanuts and sunflowers! Cheese and milk, i know the old boys used to feed it, but im cautious, cheese and milk makes me go gastric and to much consumption causes a terrible tasting burp!

A top flyer from Africa and Europe use this,... i find it interesting but ive not try cheese and milk to my birds....

have fed cheese b4, when they get the taste of it they quite like it,its obviously full of protein , i have used it as a tit bit ,,for me  :)and for them , it certainly did them no harm

what kind of cheese do you use mature chedder/edam/dairylea lol never heard that one. I give mine kibbled peanuts in the race mix and full red skin peanuts everyday for the build up to the last race about 3 to 4 weeks prior
