Most of these vitamins seem to be sold as tabs or capsules. Been looking for a multivit that is a bit more versatile, found one in pet shop yesterday, Bogena Multi-Vit for birds by Beaphar. Costs £2.50, comes in a 20ml dropper bottle, 7 drops on the food, or 10ml per litre of drinking water ... ie for me it would be 2 x full bottles for 2 x 2ltr drinkers.

Just experimenting, put my 7 drops in 35ml of oil, mixed it in [mixes with oil OK] then added their evening grub to it, and mixed it over. Polished it off in one go.  ;D
