i admire your honesty flying but i think you could live to regret post no 46 pigeon men are very hard to please and lets face it we slaughtered the last courier even though they delivered 95% of the time i personaly never had a bad word to say about them but if a company deals with as many of the public as they did there is bound to be the odd disaster if ive got it right it may have been the way they delt with them that was the real prob!

You have not replied to our P.M. confirming who you are so the only customer we have had and couldnt do the job we explained that we could'nt do the job over the phone and we asked the customer if it was ok to contact another courier to do this for us. We told this customer the name of the courier we were going to contact and there contact details. The customer was happy for us to do this. I know now that the customer had left the wrong number to contact him not only with us but also with the person he/she the bird was being collected from. Unfortunatly the other courier involved could not pick the bird up as they only had a address but could not contact the customer as it was the wrong phone number. All we can do is apologise at our end we did our best by getting another courier to collect and deliver your birds.

FIRSTLY YOU CONTACTED ME ON THE NUMBER THAT I PROVIDED YOU, SO i ASK YOU ;IF NUMBER THAT I GAVE YOU WAS WRONG THEN HOW COME YOU MANAGED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME? AND ALSO TO GIVE MY OWN TELPHONE NUMBER OUT WRONG TWICE HMMMM - I DON'T THINK SO! IF YOU WANT TO MAKE EXCUSES FOR YOUR INCOMPETINCY THEN THAT IS YOUR CHOICE BUT I NO LONGER WISH TO ARGUE THIS MATTER AS IT IS NOT WORTH MY TIME, I KNOW THE TRUETH AND IF YOU WISH TO CONTINUE WITH THIS SLANDER THEN THAT IS YOU PRIVILIGE BUT DO NOT BRING ME DOWN TO YOUR LEVEL. FAREWELL!
