Anyone who feels the need to be anonymous and not accept my invitation to air your clear grievance face to face as I requested via p.m nothing more speaks for itself.   If you have nothing constructive to add to the forum regarding the problems couriers have and the problems fanciers and breeders alike are going to face then kindly refrain from posting unecessary rants as they get you no-where.

 

We will see if I'm anonymous if you ever have to bring/collect pigeons to/from me! I personally wouldn't choose to use you but sometimes the other party makes arrangements so you never know!!

Just responded Bob,  surely he's got our telephone number if he alleges he's been waiting that long why hasn't he brought the issues up with us?   Just posted to him, he was waiting for Coopers for three weeks, certainly not us, have also invited him to phone us to see if we can figure out whether in fact he placed an order because we can't for the life of us find one that we couldn't deliver in Gloucester.

Why are members 'picking' fault with the new couriers?

I dont understand it.

 

maybe some members on here need reminders from the Amtrak days!!!!!! they were total rubbish! I had a pigeon killed in transit once.

 

I am more than prepared to get up any hour for the safe collection/arrival of my pigeons. So wots the problem with 5.30am??

I basket my pigeons at 5am for training in the summer!!

I think someone mentioned that the non fanciers would not get up that early if they had someones bird that flew in to them to collect.

well chick you got it in one lifetime of delivering tought me peaple dont like to get up in morning so would not be amused  on the fact of wokring with couiers i thought we were the ones paying for a servixce that suites us not couiers   custermers always right but then im one of the lazy ones who thinks world owes them liveing  but me never claimed dole houseing benifit councle tax worked while claiming so i must be lazy  some do and are pushing there luck me im on private income so can do what i like ;D ;D such as be lazy

Mr. Baker, you only have one contact we could get you on, and that is a mobile phone, 07853 218XXX.  Have you not thought for one second that we've actually tried to phone you but not got a answer because you were not in a reception area, your network was down, etc?   A lesson learnt here is the need for land lines to be provided along with mobile phones as they provide more of a base for us to contact you in an area notorious for bad connection with mobile phones.

 

As for other posters who've jumped in like pack dogs all I can say to you is you ought to be ashamed of yourselves acting like you are trying to discredit the hard work Pigeon Tracker put in.   You've brought this forum down to a standard not befitting its true status and that's not me just saying it, that is many people thinking it but not wishing to say it.   If you all think you can do a better job than Pigeon Tracker then simply get up of your backsides and do so instead of spending so many hours in front of the computer critisising the work that we do.

 

If it wasn't for the mess left by many couriers who simply don't turn up for weeks on end we wouldn't be so inundated with work which means we have to be so strict with our scheduling.   We don't take glee in this fact and could paint a far different picture of some couriers than certain members on here  are doing.    The simple point to end this conversation is that if you don't wish to work with a courier company that has gone to extra-ordinary lenghts to make things work for its customers then don't, that will always be your choice.

 

As for the constant mud throwing it has nothing but the opposite effect from what you desire as people see a certain quarter here being nothing short of bullies, and we all know that nobody likes a bully.  

 

This forum is not a kangaroo court for a select few on here as much as you'd like it to be and no explanation is needed to any other than the customer himself which we do in privacy and without divulging to the beying hounds.  As the primary critics here are not customers they should keep out of other people's business as it quite simply has nothing to do with you.   People like you won't be happy until you've badgered the couriers so much that we all get fed up and pack in and then you'll all be in a position that would effectively bring pigeon fancying to its knees, so in that vien either put up by making your own courier service or kindly shut up and let us get on with out work.

Well it has been a long w/e and an even longer day down at the Kangaroo court

 

But here is what ma wee pal Skippy has to report

 

Pigeon Tracker [content removed], I have always wished you the best and never really complained about your service as any new courier will have teething problems as you so rightly point out but some of your postings and attitude has been cracking to say the least

It is your attitude and double standards that get my and other members attention, since you joined the site you have belittled other couriers and members on the site, you treat us like school children and you are the head master keeping us all right as we now idea on the business you run, You welcome all the praise yet you go off on a tangent when we ask you a question or question your service :-/

This latest one " Courier Client Confidentiality" is meant to protect the client that hires your service not for your protection of the secrecy act 2008. If you threaten members by posting the truth about your service as you have done with me, (as I told you on the phone on the site that is the wrong way to go about making friends) it only alienates us further.

I honestly think you will leave the site or stop trading because of nothing to do with the ones that do not agree with you, but because some of us have highlighted your failings

One recent post you say that you sent your private car a number of miles to keep someone happy yet on another post you say if a customer is not on route then you will not accommodate them

You joined saying you had a vast knowledge of logistics yet you seem top chop and change as you go along the learning curve :) If you joined as other couriers have and said we are here to help and learn and we will take a little time to get it right but bear with us and we will get there. Instead you still come on a tell us you are the man and we should be grateful if not then we will suffer your wrath

If you are going to make statements to me that you were told by members on the site that Chickadee is so ashamed of me she had to hide her face at Blackpool then pardon me if I break the oath of "Courier Client Confidentiality" by posting the rubbish that you believe or make up :-/

 

If me posting my honest opinion causes some members trouble on the site then the PM's you get about me being a trouble maker are justified :-/

Pigeon tracker,what a poor way to do buisness,i always thought the customer was always right,not so in your case,talk about shooting yourself in the foot.never mind i wonder how long you will last ,now you stamped your feet,blimey you pay nothing on here for publicityand you blew it, very silly,bad buisness managment. :o
