I think a reply to myself is due???

Instead of arguing with other members contact myself but we will not be picking up from yourself again as i have contacted all my fanciers of who they belong to as this is now twice you have done this to ourself i did think after the first we had resolved it but sadly not.

please urself as i have nothing against ur service but this is the reply to a customer that you give, all the rep u have been building up on this site just went out the window by that reply. this is what i get after telling the fancier who,s birds that wasnt picked up that id welcome you back anytime....well uve cooked ur goose now havent you.

is this what a customer gets because you couldnt supply boxes .

I did tell yourself i had no boxes all the other people. oldyellow we normal do have boxes shavings and selotape on board incase of need but unfortunately we have run out and cant get anymore til the new year. Also it does not say on our flyers or advertisement regardinfg boxes we also dont charge for these. Why post at all if you had said on the phone today i would have asked any of the fanciers i had gone today to get some and paid them for them. This which is a problem now could have been arranged between ourselfs

chris all my boxes i had went with fanciers picking up birds, this has blown out of all proportion and i cant remember f/c asking me to supply boxes at any time, trouble with some on this site they take one side of the story and judge the other, well as far as im concerned i never set out to fall out with f/c and they have only themselves to blame for any lack of boxes and not me.

i have stated that i have no quarrel with them but they have taken it onto themselves to close any further service to myself...without a second thought as to wether they are either partly or entirely to blame for this unfortunate problem.

No sorry this is for a customer who twice has pulled this trick with us im sorry but if you cant work with us then were obviously not the courier. I accept bad with the good and as from tonight my company will learn from this and grow if this was the 1st time i wouldnt have had a problem but you were told by myself im the only one that rings people for collection and deliverys. i will take the bad  with the good but as its xmas paul and we are workin til christmas eve in scotland everything had to run smooth.

 

I do apoligise for the birds i cant pick up but hope you understand that i have tried with yourself. Have a merry xmas

I AM WAITING RAT LEAST 12 BIRDS STRAPPER HAS HAD THREE OF THEM FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS EVERY ONE IS RUNNING AROUND LIKE HEADLESS BLAMING ONE PERSON OR ANOTHER IT YOU CANT HELP THEM THEN DONT HINDER THEM AS A CERTAIN  COURIER DOWN WALES WAY TAKES DELIGHT IN DOING COMONE BOYS CHRIST YOU KNOW IT AINT EASY

debs in all fairness i think that in the 1st incident i told the driver that after 10pm at night was not a suitable time for me that night..then today im deemed at fault because i did not have birds in boxes for your driver to collect them in, pardon me but im not employed by ur company  and any helpfulness i give  is a gesture on my part, when wayne called i was polite and nice to him and did search for a box , even my wife went out into the garden shed with a torch to find summut, i was helpfull and polite....i have nothing against ur company and would have been happy to deal with it again as stated ..merry xmas.

You dont work for me paul i know that but if you had let me know or even wayne i would have sorted something i try my best to help in everyway but unfortunately this time again we havent all you had to do paul was contact myself instead of puting it on a opened forum. Im not the hardest of people to talk i try to please if i can but you cant please everyone. I apoligise for mot having boxes only if you let us know i could have arranged something.

Lets not argue on a open forum as its not nice for everyone as its not their problem.

fair play as it would seem if another one popped up and kept going for a while it would look like if one was being favored by the site which wouldent be fair

i have pmd f/c to settle any dissagreement politely and i will as now consider (on my part) this matter closed and any further chats between myself and f/c will be done privately as not to disrupt this site.........paul.

i think any courier problems should be kept between courier and customer , after all they have a contract and by putting it out in the open doesnt solve any problems in my view . By all means use a courier who can dot he job to your satisfaction they get it wrong you move on simple survival of the fittest,  couriers want good customers and customer want good couriers we all need to give that little bit more at times , theres only a few companys prepaired to do it , why they cant get together and be a co-operative and reap the benifits of beter infrastructure i'll never know  :)

My only comment on this thread is that we are ALL going to be left high and dry before long if this kind of thing carries on in the open.
