Mike Lycett Posted July 6, 2006 Report Posted July 6, 2006 We had a rough chuck on Wednesday 6 hours after they were let go we'd only got 6 home out of 36. Ended up now with nearly 30 home. Tell ya something, these b8ggers fill me with confidence now. Each and every one of ;em has come on their own.. Heartbreakin waiting for em but if you can drop em & they spin after 8-9 hrs then that'll do for me
mO Posted July 6, 2006 Report Posted July 6, 2006 hya guys, sounds like wed 4th July was a tester for more than one loft of y/birds. My mate close to Wakefield libbed 60ybs at approx 12:00 noon, ony 6 home after 4 hrs. After a few phone calls, and lots of driving he is only 6 missing tonight, one guy reported 2 and they were nestmates. How lucky is that. yours in sport mO.
westburylofts Posted July 7, 2006 Report Posted July 7, 2006 We Have now got 36 out of the 60 home now Have to agree with mike, they all came home in one's and two's they will be all the better for that. took them all again yesterday same place all home in 30 mins so things are looking up. good luck to you all in 2006 ray
stevebelbin Posted July 7, 2006 Report Posted July 7, 2006 Its seems to be when theres a lot of static about in the air, and Ive got to admit when I let mine go it wasn't perfect, and I ended up having a bad chuck. Luckily most have worked home now, and as Mike says, I chuffed they all came back on their own.
stevebelbin Posted July 7, 2006 Report Posted July 7, 2006 The good thing is the silly ones are gone now, you know the followers of the bunch. I think I will just single them up each time now until racing.
