Guest Denny Posted May 24, 2009 Report Posted May 24, 2009 Just so that you don't feel alone BristolKev - 5 of mine have decided to taste freedom! Let them all out of the sputnik today after training them all to gain access into the sputnik over the past week and 5 decided to fly up onto the loft roof - then they decided that it was not high enough and went to the roof of my house - 7 hours later and a few other people's roof tops they have not come home altough we have had a few ceremonious fly bys just to rub salt in the wounds! Of course just had to take photos just to wind myself up even more! Still its early yet and dusk is not quite here so there may be a chance of them coming back ;D I'm worried about the two pairs peregrines we have close by, let alone the resident magpies and crows in the fields behind my house - not quite want to see them as dinner :'(
Peckedhen Posted May 24, 2009 Report Posted May 24, 2009 Looking good Denny. They'll be back as long as the peregrine doesn't spook them. Sorry to read that Bristolkev. Hope you get some reported.
