water will go down with feeding ybs ,  try some live natural yoghurt in there water or on corn  or grated cuttle fish seems there lacking calcium at a guess :) what are  you feeding ?

They will get through loads of extra water during feeding ybs, The extra grit an minerals, they will consume more, if they look well, and feeding the ybs o.k, then nothing to worry about,  :)

im feeding a feed called breeding extra and before that i was feeding kweek extra subliem

birds do get stressed whilst pairing up and canker can flair which would also result in high intake of water , but if look fine and dropping are fine no problem if have wet feeders better feeding regulary and remove water after each feed :)
