Just back from Holiday and no word yet from the kind person who reported my birds can anyone help?

Maybe my views are too simplistic but why post a message on this site and despite numerous attempts to contact this "Kind Fancier" i am still waiting.

 

I will need to upgrade my Computer system in the hope of a quicker response or in future ignore the fancier,s posts in Future?
