One of my stock hen escaped, now I have only the cock sitting on eggs. Is it possible for the cock to raise the youngsters all by himself????

I doubt very much that the cock will carry on sitting without the hen. Sorry. If the eggs are valuable to you, you could float them under another pair who have been sitting roughly the same time.

no he will lift just switch the eggs tomorow and put cheeny eggs under him just in case she comes back if not you have to choose which eggs to save thats saying the sitters you put them under are sitting about the same ammount of time but swithch them right away he wont give you any notice he is going to lift nothing worse if he lifts and she comes back  the eggs will be lost

oh you can some times  make him sit a wee bit longer if you lock him in a basket over night but put the cheeny eggs in your pocket before you put him back to heat them up then put them back in the bowl in the box that might just give you a couple more days to get the hen back

Would move the eggs tonight under feeders as he may come off first thing tomorrow morning, they will chill quickly, nights & mornings are still cold.

No chance of a good outcome. Sometimes cocks will try to be a single father but they will not do a good job. Either float the eggs or start again with a new hen.
