have tried ringing this number all last night and this evening no answer on inspection bird is wing stamped with the same number that is above what should i do now

Hi i would hang onto it and just feed and water untill its ready for leaving you....... ...i had taken in a racer for nearly 2 weeks she stayed with us...then she just decided to go home,,,,,her story is on here under my new lodger or meet Honey...........

Sounds as if the bird could belong to the secretary allthough sometimes clubs use the secretary,s number to stamp their birds with,if you still cant get hold of him either report the bird direct to the RPRA through their website or keep it in for a few days until you think its ready to go and then try and release it away from your loft.
