nehu 2007 np20

hi, can anyone help me, i found a homing pigeon today i think it is from the north east, it has a ring on with the markings NEHU 2007 NP 20 , i found it outside my work and took it home where i have fed and watered it, it has an injury to its right leg and a flesh wound on its back it can still fly but hops rather than walks. if anyone can help me contact the owner id apprecieate it. ive contacted the nehu website but any help would be good.

thanks for the number bakes, there shut till tomorrow, im getting quite attached to the little fellow, i emailed nehu so with a bit of look he can head home to his owner soon
