it more than lickely the ring been bought on ebay and placed on a bird over here, as seen there rings on ebay a few times, try rpra as it wil have to be registerd to them if it was wanted to be raced in this country.

phone direct inquiries ask for the polish racing pigeon association .when you have the number the phone it.not only have they taken jobs now one of their birds is eating your seed and it,s try to bump up the phone bill

nope now i have cage it i let it go and it just walked around the garden and went back into the loft i had to cut a few flights off it as there was black gooie stuff on his wing
