Found Pigeons.strange unkonwn ring.Rabat;Morocco

Hello Everybody,

I female came to my loft in the evening,

she has strange ring, not like the racing pigeons rings,

she has a plastic ring,some how like the chip ring,

the ingredients of this ring is 100% plastic, there is not aluminium,

 

it is written on this ring  theses information : E  9  05 D  412

 

 

05 is the year2005, so please, can you tell me witch cuontry she came from? and thanks

An all plastic ring with an E sounds like a fancy ring from Spain.The 9 is probably the diameter in mm
