carl Posted November 9, 2005 Report Posted November 9, 2005 When you say non racer do you mean, not a racing pigeon,ie fancy birds etc.
westburylofts Posted November 9, 2005 Report Posted November 9, 2005 Was going to ask the same as carl. is this one for show birds or yb's not raced. RAY
westy Posted November 9, 2005 Report Posted November 9, 2005 i think it might be non racer e.g tumbler ect
Webmaster Posted November 9, 2005 Author Report Posted November 9, 2005 I meant Non-Racer, as something other than a racing pigeon. A fancy breed, fantail, tippler, tumbler, roller, show racer - basically a breed that doesnt/cannot race. Sorry for any confusion. Webmaster
westburylofts Posted November 9, 2005 Report Posted November 9, 2005 that is great idear it shows that this site offers some thing for every one ray
MsPigeon Posted November 10, 2005 Report Posted November 10, 2005 Yes, it is nice that there is something for everyone. But, darn, I spent yesterday taking pictures of my unraced yb's. Oh well, it was good practice. I got this camera last April and never used it much till now. This is fun! Thanks Webmaster Carol
Peckedhen Posted November 10, 2005 Report Posted November 10, 2005 Glad it wasn't just me who was confused - I sent a PM to the Webmaster so I didn't appear too stupid! ;D
GROVEHOMER Posted November 10, 2005 Report Posted November 10, 2005 oh well, never mind. I might make mine a little feather boa and try and pass it off as a new fancy breed! ;D But seriously it'll be an eye opener for me to see these different breeds of pigeon. GOOD LUCK TO ALL WHO TAKE PART........I'll be casting a vote.
Guest Posted November 11, 2005 Report Posted November 11, 2005 I think these shows just go to prove how diverse and interesting this forum is to all keepers of pigeon, whether they be racers or show birds. With the show birds, I think it may help everyone if the breed of the bird can be inserted with the picture, then us racers can get a better idea what the show birds members of this forum keep and are proud of.
snowy Posted November 11, 2005 Report Posted November 11, 2005 only got 1 yb non racer oh well give her ago
