WL have you tried Cage & Aviary Birds weekly magazine, as there is quite often part or entire clearances in there, from all four categories of Budgie breeders (Beginner, Novice, Intermediate & Champion)

There is another option............. Do you have any local bird auctions. Can pick some fair birds up at these fairly cheap (pun) About £2.50 - £4.00
