Guest coxy Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 ok then we got our first offer what birds do u have to swap and what r u after in return?
Wiley Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 dont think u have to ask what u want in return just put them up if anyone willing to swap with u they will get reply! no problem Jim id have to return the favour and come down to ur grounds once birds ready! It was a pleasure having you here mate!
schyphos Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 Swapping birds is a good way to make new friends with other fanciers. As well as improving your own stock, you can also learn a lot from each other through friendly discussions on systems, theories, feeding etc. If you find a local fancier, you can swap birds without paying Amtrak. Swapping really does make a lot of sense, more people should be doing it.
Guest coxy Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 m8 tbh alot of fancier wil not swap birds tht y i am tryin to encourage it on here but as of yet onli one fancier has offerd birds
schyphos Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 I know Coxy,it is a shame. But don't despair mate,it's through the efforts that people like yourself and Wiley make on this website that keeps it fun to be part of.Give it time,i feel sure more people will swap eventually.
Guest REDFOXKRAUTHS Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 i might be willing to swop some pigeons depends on how many i breed as this year i have swopped all my pairings and some are very old birds so i want to keep as many as i can this is very importent to keep my family going so i may be able to swop some at a later dat i will let you know!thanks very much ben

crazy pigeon boy Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 hi there i am willing to swap a pair of yb's but if i let a pair of good yb's go how do i know i'll get a good pair in return? not being funny but i want to test how good my birds are so ill put some good ones in and hopfully i'll get some good birds in return i have only had some one else fly one of my birds once when they brought it from a breeder buyer it has won them 2x1st and a 3rd last year and won 2nd in the breeder buyer so i am interested on how some of my other birds will do in this swap i think it's a great idea keep me informed
