swilcox Posted October 25, 2006 Report Posted October 25, 2006 A friend who joined our sport 2 or 3 years ago has purchased so many pigeons he is massively over stocked and he has asked me for help. I went in the shed and picked out the nice one that I thought would sell and I now offer them up. For sale 2 x Jos Thone Grizzle Hens bred in 2002, he purchased them in an auction and doesnt have pedigrees with them, there are beauties and are fairly priced at £50 for the two.

Guest slugmonkey Posted October 28, 2006 Report Posted October 28, 2006 We owned a 1/2 sister to Jose Tone's Verca Laga winner that was a grizzle, several eyesign guys said she had the best breeding eye they had ever seen we tried several matings and never did any good until we put her with a son of the " Black Devil " I have 2 birds I am using for stud now out of that mating one was the 2nd best bird in club last year and qualified for some A.U. awards I have several birds from these 2 matings that are doing well in futurities I plan to put at least 1 of these hens back with the son of " Black Devil "
