Can any Almond Valley Federation member wishing to propose a 2021 race programme or any other proposals can you please e-mail it to secretary@av-fed.org.uk by the 7th December. With the currant pandemic restriction continually changing it looks unlikely we will be able to hold our AGM anytime soon. This will allow me time to do either an online or postal vote.

Can we get confirmation that proposal has been recieved please. Before time runs out and we're told its too late. Was emailed in yesterday Friday 4th

You obviously don't check your emails as if you did you would have seen you got a reply at 21.26 on Friday 4th (you sent the email at 20.41 on the 4th) I've attached a screenshot of my reply to your email.

I check them all the time. It might get in my spam folder. I'll check just now.
