The second pigeon is a blue hen NL2002...... a grand daughter of the legendary 613, need I say more!! these pigeons would not become available normally. timbarra Posted October 16, 2007 Author Report Posted October 16, 2007 DUE TO FANCIERS INABILITY TO BE ABLE TO AFFORD £500, WHICH COULD OTHERWISE BE SPENT ELSEWHERE..... WE WOULD EXCEPT £300 FOR THE PAIR. IT WONT BE ANY CHEAPER AS I SHALL KEEP THEM RATHER THAN LET A PAIR OF DIRECTS THAT BREED WINNERS GO FOR LESS. REGARDS SPENCER.
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 16, 2007 Report Posted October 16, 2007 May I ask why you are selling a pair of birds that are breeding "winners " for you ? I would not contemplate selling a pair of birds that were breeding me winners, they are a nice pair though

timbarra Posted October 16, 2007 Author Report Posted October 16, 2007 Hi Stu, I realise people dont want to pay what they are worth, I have just got some youngsters from belgium and require the room mate to be honest . I could at a push keep them but i dont like keeping loads of pieons , its not my way.. so £300 for the pair is what i would be happy with but they wont go lower trust me mate. regards spencer
timbarra Posted October 16, 2007 Author Report Posted October 16, 2007 TAMMY, all my birds have bred winners !!! but I dont Hoard pigeons i only winter 36 pigeons in total , no more no less. And if birds dont breed me winners they go in the dustbin (culled) not sold or resold like most fanciers do. so I can be rest assured that i only let good birds leave my lofts, not soup stock !! thanks spencer
timbarra Posted October 16, 2007 Author Report Posted October 16, 2007 TAMMY our pigeon "champion Gabiel" winner of 11 x1st , 4x 1st federation , i gave him away to a player who i know will look after him. I have also recently sold a pigeon that has bred winner , also i gifted the gentleman the cock birds hen to go with him. she bred 1st club ,1st fed, 8th Amalgamaton winner , beside other winners. if most people only ever kept the best pigeons they have they would only have a handful of pigeons in the loft. and would lose less because the quality would be better. but not alot of people have the balls to rid themselves of rubbish birds. they would rather convince themselves that they will come good in the end.. well good luck. regards spencer

timbarra Posted October 25, 2007 Author Report Posted October 25, 2007 Due to the fact i need room and i only house 12 pairs of breeders and i have a pair waiting to go into the breeding loft , we will consider offers !!! sensible ones only.

Guest Posted October 25, 2007 Report Posted October 25, 2007 Hi Timbarra, what fed did gabiel win his 1st in and what name did you race as when he won and which club were you competing with? Thanks
timbarra Posted October 26, 2007 Author Report Posted October 26, 2007 Hello Albear. Gabriel won in the Thames north road federation !! dont doubt it mate because i can produce the diplomas to confirm this, for what ever reason you feel you require this information i dont know ??? :-/ as i have said i gave him to a decent player who i know will look after him. enough said, and thanks for replying to my message i sent you 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting but dont worry i didnt. ;D
Guest Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 Timbarra, happy to discuss that message on here even though I put a generic answer on the thread, in fact your message has a lot of relevance to what you've posted on this thread and I may well bring it up for discussion. PM are private messages and should be kept that way however sometimes it can be in the public interest to divulge them. However thanks for answering part of the question, maybe you would be kind enough to answer the remainder what was the name of the fancier / partnership who flew this pigeon and which club was it they flew in
timbarra Posted October 26, 2007 Author Report Posted October 26, 2007 the pigeon flew for a succesful fancier and the relevence of the question being what ??
Guest Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 Tiimbara, thanks for that reply,I will get back shortly once I've completed my research.
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 the pigeon flew for a succesful fancier and the relevence of the question being what ?? Well it looks obvious to me that the relevance of the question pertains to the fact he wants to know about the bird and who flew it and what did it win, straightforward questions
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 Due to the fact i need room and i only house 12 pairs of breeders and i have a pair waiting to go into the breeding loft , we will consider offers !!! sensible ones only. this is maybe the reason I am sceptical about birds being offered onthe site for sale at prices I consider to be exorbitant, the birds start at £500, drop very soon to £300 with a statement that they will not be sold under £300 as they would be kept for stock first , and now the birds are offered for sale open to offers, so what is the true value of the birds ?
mark Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 hello tammy, if i had £500 in my pocket it wouldnt get spent on a pigeon. its supposed to be a sport.
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 hello tammy, if i had £500 in my pocket it wouldnt get spent on a pigeon. its supposed to be a sport. Exactly mark, it is being changed from a sport in to a money making machine, a lot of birds advertised on here are not worth nowhere near the price being asked, how many times are you given birds free that will be as good as , if not better than some for sale at hundreds of pounds, not getting at anybody in particular , just in general

Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 spot on tammy glad somebody is in agreement
ally mac Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 I have spent a lot of money on birds in the last few years but all my best have turned out to be gifted birds from some very genuine gentlemen. Al.
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 I have spent a lot of money on birds in the last few years but all my best have turned out to be gifted birds from some very genuine gentlemen. Al. exactly the point I have been making for a long time
Guest Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 Timbarra my apologies I've got delayed but I'll be back, I promise
Guest Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 Timbarra you asked the question, the pigeon flew for a successful fancier and the relevance of the question being what?? The relevance is because of the contradictions in your post and because of this I think you have not been genuine. In fact I’ll go as far as to say I don’t trust you at all. Why? Well before I go in to the facts that I see and they are all what you have written. Every time any fancier on here questions you you attack and insult them, your stock line is that they are fools or stupid. Each time you are asked for proof or challenged you ignore, deflect or insult. I must admit as I write this I’m not entirely sure which way to progress my thoughts. Firstly let’s get back to your question what is the relevance, well simple really I want you to show me and all those people on here whose money you want the breeding performances you claim. You have claimed on several posts and threads to have bred over 16 years many winners and at the highest level, I’d like to know who they were for, if they were for you what club did you fly in and what was the name you flew as. Why do I want it? Because I want to know from you that the reputation is not one you have created for yourself but genuine. Why do I doubt it simple because of your posts. And before I go on to those, let me deal now with what you will come back, you will probably say I am not answerable to you mind your own business. Well Timbarra that’s not how you deal with others when you want them to justify, for example you said to Jack Barkel on here DO NOT ANSWER ANYTHING ELSE EXCEPT WHAT I ASK THEN I CAN CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE PERSONS AND CONCEDE THAT YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. Thank you. Spencer And then you said so is the great Jack Barkel going to answer my questions or slip them as before . ? my questions are still waiting to be answererd Jack. regards spencer, Let me remind you of a post by Bart to you Quoted from bart spencer/timbarra whats your name and address what club or clubs did you race in any fed's or combine results i could check just in-case you missed it timbarra Note the bottom comment this was the second request, I won’t post your reply suffice to say you did not supply the information Bart asked for. The next quote Timbarra your post September 5th in todays climate people buy bloodlines that are not avaiable elsewhere and win. My birds breed winners and are top pigeons and I have testimonials to prove it. the price is set and will not change and anyone who is seriuos will buy the best bloodlines they can afford. you get what you pay for in this world and I am almost fully booked for next year already.!!! You say you have testimonials to prove it, ok let’s hear them, in 16 years of continually breeding winners you must have plenty, and of course you must have won a lot, so where, which club, partnership name please. The thing that concerns me more than anything is the way you’ve gone about selling YB with this new stud thread, which is not a stud?? But I will leave that for now and allow you to come and provide the proof that any genuine fancier would be delighted to provide to show us punters that you are a good source to buy from. Once you have cleared that up I will come on to the issues that are contradictory on this thread and there are several and of course the PM you sent me three weeks ago which you mentioned in a previous post which has great relevance. Thanks Alan
