This bird was found dead in Torry Aberdeen in a non fancier's garden has a orange plastic tag too the person said it was coloured white ,black,grey could be a grizzle but I don't know for sure just got told that last night

Seems to have too many numbers mate, nwhu usually only have 4 numbers on them.

If you can read the article it was a member of the public who reported the dead bird if the lady gave us the wrong number there is nothing we can do we should be greatfull that some people go out of their way to report a stray pigeon most members of the public would not
