We are taking a well earned break and concentrating on getting our own birds trained and fit, ready for the first race next week

UK PIGEON COURIERS WERE IN SCOTLAND YESTERDAY (Monday) as we are most weeks. Just as we have done for the last 15 months, Direct Collections and Deliveries, Up to and as far as Dundee. Our prices are £40 for up to 6 Squeakers from the nest or 3 old birds, then £2 per extra bird. this is the price to anywhere in England or Wales, (others may be cheaper, but our prices reflect actual costings) IF the Aberdeenshire Fanciers get their heads together. we could arrange a periodic Direct Collection or delivery service, providing there was enough viable collections/deliveries. I don't think Scotland to Scotland is a problem. It's the getting them down to leeds, apparently they are not doing their own trunking to leeds anymore. I was also told today that the company who are going to do the trunking won't carry pigeons.

We have now been told they will not collect from anywhere in Scotland I'm going to ring them again tomorrow to see if i can get any more information from them.
