I am aware of the reasons on how the antennas should be set up EXPAT1, however I am also aware of what happens when you start using large mulriplexing antennae, that have overlapping fields as you run the risk of missing pigeons FACT. Reading Jacks post though he has a valid point, if the system is running on UnivesBE it is not approved according to the RPRA rules, any way thats politics and all I am trying to say is as Jack has pointed out, dont get caught out, as one operating system is definatly not the same as the other and as RPRA members we should abide by the rules weather we agree with them or not as once we start working outside of them we end up in no mans land, so when buying a system be sure it has Unives1.7 Protocol in as stated by the RPRA or you will end up at central marking and not be able to mark your birds. UnivesBE is not compatible with Unives1.7 FACT nor is it more compatible as its a different system all together!

The UNIKON antenna is two field and can be placed side by side and that is FACT

tskyes, you really are talking crap now, I really wonder if you were there

There is only one Blackpool, the continentals have great shows as advertising rates in the books are expensive, so the companies use them as PR. but Blackpool well we are just well spoilt there, theres nothing like it one big blow out!

How do you rate Wales as number 1, visitors attendance, trade stands having a successful day, location, how is it actual no,1
-
The Dome attracted just short of 1500 visitors, a great day for punters and traders, the next date at the Dome is November the 3rd when they will be having a fancy pigeon class and a racing show
-
Well its the Dome next week this Spring Fair is run by Ray Knight, he started the Spring Fairs in this country 5 years ago at Stafford, others have since tried to copy but this is NUMBER 1, its now at the Dome at Doncaster, the venue is excellent, Ive took the kids the last two years there, the eldest goes ice skating and the missis and youngest goes swimming in the Lagoon type fun pool and me well I do the pigeon thing nd a few pints, if your going I'll se you there!

Cant answer that one, as I read it in the BHW it was the Council, but so what this is just a bit more progress if you dont want it dont have it, pigeon racing hasnt declined in any other country since ETS was introuced.

UnivES is not a clock it is the protocol for the software in the clocks and yes 6 of the 5 are already working with this so there is no problem for Central marking
-
UnivES is the standard protocol that 5 of the 6 ETS manufactures work with so if the RPRA state that this is the protocol that they wish to use here in the UK then it will make no difference what manufactures clock you have as the ring sensors used at the clubs when marking the birds all work with this protocol Now the 0ne of the six that at the moment does not have UnivES protocol has UnivesBE (Belgium) these too also work in the mode that the other 5 do, all the manufacturer has to do is put the same software in as the other 5 simple, then every system is Universal and work as each manufacturer intended, its realy as simple as that

Unikon are saying when 'one member uses Unikon his club will be supported with thier Universal Club System free of charge' so no charge to the clubs. I can remember when the first guy bought a T3 did the club buy the T3 printer or did the fancier, when a new club was formed did the clock company give you a free master and calculator mmmmmmmmm
-
re the Bricon work with UnivesBE all the others operate under UnivES, also the Speedy is not approved in Holland and Germany only the Bricon 1000 is approved, Bricon have their own idea of a mast where it wants to control the clubs, this is not a good thing, fanciers should have the freedom
-
Central marking will be a doddle with ETS, why, under the UnivES system that the FCI have adopted and endorse I can see no problems with central marking as this basically means Universal Entry System, in other words you can plug any make of clock in to the ringer and it will allow you to mark your birds and also obtain your race information on checking night, so there will be no problems what ever system you choose.
-
The Unikon Champ is approved on the continent, as for the TNO reports there are no such things any more and has not been for two years so straight answer or not some one has their wires crossed.
-
I think you are all missing the point here, the RPRA have approved ETS for all, so no club, fed or National Official can say you can not use it, t would be like telling some one they cant use a T3 or and STB. Come on people get real its 2007 not 1907............
-
No club official can stop anyone using ETS it is now an approved clocking method for pigeon racing in ENGLAND
-
COME ON ITS A £1 A WEEK, IT COSTS ME £2 SUBS FOR MY BOYS YOUTH CLUB, £2-50 FOR HIS FOOTBALL CLUB PLUS ANOTHER £2-50 IF HE PLAYS ON A SUNDAY, £20 FOR BROWNIES FOR MY DAUGHTER, £50 FOR A NATIONAL ORGANISTAIONS SUBS, LOOK WHAT YOU GET FOR IT, PIGEON RACING CAN NOT CONTINUE TO GO FORWARD ON A SHOE STRING BUDGET, THE ONLY MISTAKE THE NFC COMMITTE MADE WAS NOT PURCHASING THE TRANSPORTERS BUT FINANCING THE JOB FOR SOME ONE ELSE, BUT HEY COME ON IF YOU COULD DO BETTER I'M SURE THEY WOULD WELCOME YOU ONTO THE COMMITTEE
-
Re subscriptions We just dont apy enough, I reckon the minimum should be £10, if you then have 50 -100 rings subs should be £20 100-200 rings £30 over 200 rings then you should be paying £100 subscriptions as it is quite obvious your making money out of selling birds so you should be paying a comercial subscripition, mosttrade organisations CARRY A £250 SUBSCRIPTION.
-
mmmm ETS its comming, so stop buying them cheap T3'S from Belgium, they dont want them because they are on ETS, SO ALL YOUR BUYING IS A PILE OF JUNK, LIKE THE BIRDS THAT ARE CONSTANTLY DUMPED HERE WITH FORIEGN RINGS ON
-
When the Junior T2 and T3 clock was approved, the RPRA's own clock committe amended the rules for them, so whay did they not do this when the approved the ETS system, they also endorse the system in their own one loft race, how would that look in the European Court of human rights, after all we are affiliated to the Western European Confederation the FCI and so on, we compete with the BICC in the International races ywe are not allowed to use in the same competions as Europeand competitors, can the RPRA realy say you cant use it, I dont think so
