I use ets for my old birds only. I dont put ets rings on youngsters..........I revert to 'rubber' clocking........simply because too many youngsters are lost......hence, a waste of money Like Mick just said.....reduce the number of pigeons you own. I am on my second season with ETS and I am still on my original pack of 20 unikon rings But yes the pigeon fancier is being 'ripped' off with the price of them rings

He is the only Roland Janssen which I have brought in since 2006 when I purchased the John Mellor Roland Janssens. Appreciate the compliments guys..........thanks I have bred a few red cheqs over the years............but its the first time I have bred a true Red. (see pic, on the right) This is because the Dam is a Dark Pied The sire is a White ck which breeds, blues , mealies, red cheqs, whites, white grizzles, and grizzles. One thing I like about the Rolands is the youngsters don't always come out colours you would expect!! ;D
