I'll second that we got six from Pecked hen a couple of years ago and they were great quality and healthy ybs. They are doing great and their off spring are being tested this year by racing them

The trouble is when these scumbags get caught they defend or deny their actions and try and turn it round in order strengthen their defence and gain support to belittle the victims. This man had his pigeons stolen yet was seen to be at fault for letting everyone know he had good stock and was going to Blackpool at the w/e, true but it should not matter as we all have posted things on a forum that would leave ourselves open to attack but at the end of the day these culprits should be caught and punished and if they are so called pigeon fanciers be banned from all pigeon related activities and no blind eyes or blinkers If Jimmy Fitzpatrick had racing birds stolen it would be easy to rally round and get sales and funds to help him get up and running again with quality race birds but it will not be as easy replacing his quality of show racers, I may be wrong and I wish him all the best Boomerang lived only ten miles from us and his loft was burned to the ground because he bore witness to a scumbag killing a neighbours pet rabbit and ended up having to move to another part of Fife because of taunts and fear of reprisals

I would video that and get it on youtube as i am sure it would get loads of interest :-/

I just can't believe that pigeons would mob BOP aspecially ones that prey on them :-/

BOP only hunt as far as they need to feed, if they have food source they can prey on close by they won't fly x amount of miles further to get another source. Saying that 20 miles ain't that far for a peregrine to see a flock of birds :-/

I was looking for a bike

Surely it is all relevant to the task, the first bird back to your loft will be a winner. As a new member to racing I would be happy to get them back to my loft and even happier to be first back in my club, a lot happier if it was first back in my fed and ecstatic if it was fist back in a national. The further you climb up the ladder of success then the lower rungs don't count till you have to climb back down :-/

When you purchase your bike, make sure the color of bike seat is taken into consideration!

We have four pairs in our immediate area but the have never shown any interest in our birds. They mostly feed on carrion but I have heard only one story of a dovecote that was attacked and eventually emptied by buzzards, she was adamant it was a buzzard :-/ :-/ :-/
