Sorry I thought this was a pigeon forum ;D ;D ;D Jamie is a good guy and I believe he is genuinely trying to get better and offer a great service but I am sure he is not the only one out there trying to do the same. Also there are some cowboys who jumped on the wagon when Amtrak fell off Why is is always the fanciers that seem to be at fault when something goes wrong, a fancier might be trying his best to get his birds delivered, these couriers are getting paid for their services, I know Jamie is a multi millionaire and doing it for the sheer pleasure but not all are like him :D Also age old human factor; you get very little praise for all the good thing you do in life but sure as hell if you get it wrong run for cover ;D ;D ;D

Roland that was the very same with Amtrak, in the main, probably in the high 90 percent they got it right If you transport 1000 a week and 1% complain then thats ten complaints or 260 a year, sounds a lot but not out of 52,000 a year :-/
