Ive just re-read Mamun2a post i think he is questioning whether the bird he is holding is a cock or a han. :B :B :B Manunaa if you pinch eaither side of the toes together. And 1 poutside toe is slightly longer than the other, the bird is a cock. If they are the same lenth then its a hen. But this method is is not always 100% accurate. Sorry i cant be of more help Amanda

Hi Manun2a, please dont take this the wrong way, but you do hold the bird like hes a chicken, are your pigeons kept along side or near chickens ? If they are i would seperate them stright away as some lice/mites are spred by poultry. Open the birds wing up and look at the underside against the light, you may be able to see them. Im not saying that it is mites or lice but it where i would start.
