simple well known trick is ,,,when a flight feather is bent,, hold the flight over hot steam [boiling kettle] flight will straighten out in front of your eyes

personally the vents are fine but there positioning i wouldnt say is the best, a vent placed next to a saddle perch? Remember you must regulate your ventilation flow and you must be upmost control personally think where they are placed will cause a draft, and possible one eye colds and respiratory problems could soon follow. Also i personnally think the nest boxes should be raised of the floor. All The best

we got modenas they not agresive my lad got some that comes and sit on his shoulder they a great bird
dont think he meant aggressive to humans but to other modenas

all 9 pair of stock birds laid out 9 days here
i put this down to the feeding and condition of the birds over the moulting period. Ill take a guess and say your birds are overweight if your weighting 17 days to lay -
I like sapper use lettuce and the water of cooked vegetables, i even drink this water myself full of iron, my grandmother always used to make me drink it as i detest vegetables. However watercress is also a very good for stock prisioners i normally buy a big case and offer this to the stock. If your bird doesnt recovery with the calcium additive, id be very worried and could be alot more trouble ahead

dont put ur race birds on the light only stock birds as it will put ur race team into a form and could affect how your performance before the season has even started

80% of everyone's birds will be homers no matter how good they are, good pigeons breed crap as well the other 20% will be the champs.
You can make a lofts rep during the season on two or three pigeons carrying the others.
personally think your pecentage is to high for the champs just my opinion paulo no offence meant, but personally i think only 5% are actually champs. Its alot harder to find those real champs, not bird that have just won one race, for me these aint champs, i look for repeaters these are the real champs, and not birds that have won one race and never performed again, seen it many times and have had those birds many times. However i think your hundred percent right ONE pigeon can make your name in the game, and these are the repeaters and those are the birds you are after! But remember the repeaters are the real champs, and not birds who have had one red card and never got a card again in its life, so hope you can understand why my opinion is so low on the real champs.
