bob get your penuts from holland & barrets i think there the best peanuts u can buy, we always put our young birds on them just to get used to them but soon as there are used to them we take them off, thats normaly aroud training time.

i think the best floor is a chip board floor. iv got ply in 1 section and chipboard in another. the problem with a ply floor is when u scrap out bits of the floor come off so when the next time u scrap out u will hit the same spot again and a bit more comes off it ends up a mess.

the most needed in my opinion in sprint racing is vanrobaeys maurice casert zuivering depuratif its like gerry plus but with out the pellets deadly gear if used right.
