Ii think your lacking motivation mate. the birds have no intrest in going in. if it was young birds then i would say cut the feed but as its old birds its motivation. if your flying natral then i suppose they are a bit lazy going in but they still should when called. widow cocks or hens should go straight in when door is opend.
