This happened me last week I rang there help line. They told e take the poket clock out of the base right click the members clock in pc deleT it then put the poket clock back in and re add it It worked a treat.

yea have a box .. takes a while to get them to stand but u got to wait and wait ,,then move the photo to adobe photoshop cs8 and spend a lot of time geting the pigeon cut out right , once u have cut it out right u can more or less do any thing u want with them ,,, the best tool to use for cutting out is the pen tool and enlarge the photo as big as u can then trace round it with the pen , http://s830.photobucket.com/albums/zz227/hatchey_2009/
