Obviously this posting has been read in the wrong context, can I make it clear, we were a go between the auction and the Staveley family, a date was given for the family to go to America, the money raised was a large percentage if the money they needed NO contact I'll say it again NO contact with the Staveley family was made, we are also very busy with a young family, we are far from childish nor have the time or interested about making publicity out of maddys pain, we are recieving all these comments the bottom line is it's been a mess around for a family that have enough to contend with there has been lack if interest or care in dealing with this with NO contact I've recieved many emails who understand what we are trying to say, the words you speak regarding liability is a joke we are making it clear that we will not allow chris( valance) make it look like we are after publicising our business through this, we are witnessing first hand the pain this little girl and family are going through and should not to have had to continually phone us worrying that the money would not reach them lengths we have had to go through for Gemma, effort has been made to respond to our comments on here when all it took was a simple text to us or the staveley to keep there mind at peace iam disgusted with Your childish comments and suggest you read it through a couple of times before you respond when you don't know the full details, if freedom of speech makes me liable then all those that are backing and making excuses are als keep writing comments of excuses but there is No Excuses time wasted trouble caused for what? After the Ridiculous comment made by Vallence himself regarding the Maddy fund! Stating that the auction was to do with Valanance and Pigeonbasic is a Absolute Joke, the auction was set up by me and Julie and was taking over by Valance, Which he did a very good job in running, we were told what was happening, re advertising payments etc then when it dosnt suit or when people have better things to do it's nothing to do with us, THAT CHEQUE was sent recorded delivery and recieved Saturday! This cheque should have been sent a month ago! Vallance you have dealt with this situation in a disgusting (they will get there cheque when I send it) manor, the only reason you sent the cheque Friday was because we contacted the police because as you say ( you could be armed robbers for all we know) your trying to cut us out of the auction and make us look fools that it was nothing to do with us, well we started it and you were not finishing it! As for you not using your phone as pigeon basics don't pay your bill, it has cost us to phone you each time getting your answer phone, your attitude is cocky your manner is ignorant The people of this site need to organise a better way of running these auctions the money should be sent direct to the registered charity A weight has been lifted of the staveleys shoulders now the cheque has been recieved and the flights have been booked for America good look to you all in the future, Due to the petty comments made and directed to ourselves we would be greatfully if our profile could be deleated as from tomorrow. our contact number is still available online for any of our customers. regards Julie and Daryl

After waiting over 3 weeks for a response, Maddys mum panicing over no contact I have recieved one text message containing a statement that a cheque was sent to the charity, my recent post has been locked without an answer to anything, iam disgusted that we have been treated the way we have by chris and the administrator that has locked the posting, there is NO reason to lock the post, this money has been sat in somebodies bank account for NO reason regardless of lack of Internet Vallance has had numerous texts and phone calls from myself, the way inwhich this auction and the generous peoples money has been dealt with is disgusting, the money could have been sent direct to the maddy fund, I or Maddys mum should not have had to practically beg for the moneys it's taken a phone call from Fifer for contact absolute discrace! The police had to be contacted through lack of communication who also contact Chris with NO response to them, the site was down but his phone was not, I would like a full explanation of why this has gone from being a possitive charity auction with positive results to from the members ti the last posting which has made us feel like we were chasing the money for ourselves, the money raised for Maddy is a major part of what they have raised and in the time it's taken for contact to take place Maddy has been through major surgery thankyou to all those involved Im just sad it has ended on such a negative note something needs to change with these auctions I had no details of when where or who was running this auction we set up and when things went quiet for a few weeks all those I contacted did not even no who Vallence was where he lived nothing it took a friend of a friend to get his number, this money needs to be transfere ASAP into the maddy fund account, I've had my say and don't usually have a negative one but this has really upset me once again thanks to everyone who helped maddys progress will be updated on her page on facebook thanks julie

Can anyone explain to us why we have not yet recieved the maddy fund money, after 39 none answered phone calls and the Staveley family going to America in 11 days we are getting extremely worried! I could not get any details for chris and finally found his number, but phone calls are getting ignored If anybody has any info please contact me regards julie
