I think this is what is really meant by confines of loft the bird must be in it to clock, as you can put your antenna under the floor of your sputnick, which is really outside the loft but the bird must be in the sputnick to clock. so yes its the bird that must be in the loft not the antenna so would be simpler to have this as the rule, "bird must be in the confine of the loft,

I think the rule should state IE: birds must be in the confine of the loft when clocking,

the floor of the sputnick is ok, as the bird has to drop into the sputnick to clock IE: the bird must be in the confines of the loft,

  20. put out a box with food in it 'when hungry it will enter, stand behind the box so when it goes in you can walk up and put something over the opening, once really hungry they get very tame.

aa simple way to put it really is the bird must be so it cant fly away again, must be in captivaty.
  22. I use Burntisland for training a lot, and had no problems, if you stand in the psrk; whear the fair is this is where i lib, and there are a bit of cliffs across from here and i have often seen the sparro hawks there, ok why lib there, my view is the hawks are all over now, i dont think there is anywhere clear of them, and if not in your town, they are not far away, its part of pigeon life now having to put up with them, . i try to let my birds out at different times of the day as hawks get to know if you let them out at the same time, let them out at different times, and not too early when hawks are looking for breakfast or late when looking for supper.
