  21. I would like to add quickly that the pigeons listed are wll priced and over sold so maybe you are already getting the message. Stu
  22. Andrew I hope you dont take offence to what im about to write its ment in a constructive way and i hope you get where im coming from. Firstly there is nothing wrong with selling pigeons, esp if you want to makes ends meet or you enjoy the breeding aspect of the sport, or maybe you have very good results or you need to reduce numbers etc. However when i read your adverts theres always a gut wrenching reason for you selling them, closing down stock loft, prisoner stock sell, going back to uni etc when the truth is you just want to sell them. People tend to respect the truth more than the hyped up sells patter. I have spoken to you before via this forum about your prices and how they bounce all over the place, Lets take the cock above De 700 he is now for sell at £50 when only 12 months ago as a 2 year old he was the cornerstone of your breeding loft and his children would cost you £125 each, you have also used the term breeder of winners for this cock on occasions. The truth is Andrew he would never be for sell for £50 if he was breeding winners. I would sell any of my best breeders for £50 and im sure there isnt many that would. You can do your best to dress ordinary pigeons up but people are very well informed now and will see your angle. Someone on this forum Gareth Rankin asked me last week if he could buy some of my pigeons, i sad no because i would only let him have the bads ones and its true, if i sell Raymond Molevelds pigeons, latebreds or for someone who is leaving the sport you can trust that i will send the best, but my own birds, i want to keep the best, its natural. In my opinion you are doing the same, selling what hasnt really worked out (many do it andrew) But what really wound people up is you start of with a high price telling the story that these are the best you have and that these have been the stock that has given your father so much success, then when nobody buys it you knock em down and give em away giving the impression that you have treid to pull a flanker. In the last 12 months you have treid to sell birds on IPRR, Pigeonbasics, Fennemas site and Furipa. Maybe if you put your efforts into the sport and understanding the people in it you will enjoy more confidence from people like me. Im not just having a knock Andrew, i happen to think your father is a fanastic racer im just giving my veiw as i see it. Funny its a veiw shared by a good dutch flyer who nows your family very well, maybe its time to listen. Kindest Regards Stuart
  23. So why are you quoting your fathers results if they arent his birds???
  24. Andrew do these birds belong to you or your father?? Stuart
  25. From £40 upto £300 for pigeon that have flown 550 miles on the day etc, in my opion worth alot more than some of the fashion birds!!! Stuart
