the one and only thing with youngsters is ,keep them healthy,when they are healthy you can get them fit with a bit of training,then if your youngsters have any thing about them you have as much chance as any body else.without health there is nowt you can do with them.best o luck LUCK that is the one thing we cant give our doo's but it's the one thing we all need
