A neighbour picked this bird up in her garden this morning and brought it to me. It is a Pencil Blue and race rubbered, it has flown its self down, currently feeding and watering it. It has a phone clip ring on and I think the number is 01241 855187. ani ideas folks? If no joy I will try and phone this number later. I believe the code is for Arbroath.
