saying that i had a new heater matrix fitted about 6 months ago on short runs you here it bubbling in the header tank when the gauge is it half way.i think it could be an air lock?

no good you must of used the wrong kinda sheets.amate of mine has one and had it up for over fifteen years and its the same as the day he put it up no damp or condensation and plenty ventlation.how much maintance wood a wooden one need in 15 year????????

Put a couple of these in it you wont get any damp i have erected plenty tin sheds and there not damp.

if you build it from composite panels it will be fine all year round and put a few window sheets in the roof

theres no water leaking from anywhere apart from the top pipe going to the radiator i have sorted that now.took it for a 30 mile run and the temp gauge was up and down like a yoyo when i stopped at home i herd it bubbling up in the header tank but when i opened the header tank it was still it the right level confused :-/

there was brown like run marks off the top pipe of radiator

which pipes could it be and what would cause an air lock

is the head gasket a big job?????

whats hc levels? hot/cold?

theres no gunk round the filler or on dipstick
