  1. well done the corrie clan good returns in what turned out a strange race.
  2. well done the whitefords,always used to look for john whiteford at national marking at rennes as i always did well when he put my doos through at airdrie. :) :)
  3. overcast with light rain,campsie hills visable.
  4. started the season with 16 latebreds,mostly hatched late july,trained on decent days through the winter anything between 5mls and 20 mls,racing from the first race of the season i have 5 flown up to 240mls,3 flown to 160mls 1 not raced due to injury and 7 missing in action 1 or 2 were up near the front a few times but nothing great, but given time next year these birds will be expected to fly 500mls and maybe even win. ;) ;)many roads lead to rome.

  12. ist national race for me was 1977 young bird national timed a wee red cock and me and ma dad were over the moon,the same wee doo went on to score from the west coast combine avaranches 516mls,oh the memories lol,i was only 9 at the time but remember it like yesterday,good luck and over 300 birds in your section. :) :)

  19. stuart i also have had good racing from newbury and spoke against wanstead flats at the snfc agm. :)i think you made the point with regards to the type of racing we have had in recent weeks and this will definately have more of a bearing with regards returns than the racepoint.

  22. have flown inland national on a wednesday after holdovers and was a reasonable race,birdage unsure guesstimate 5000 approx.
