i am a fully paid up member of the shu/snfc so i know what way i will be voting if the proposal comes up and true they should not have left but stayed and fought there corner and there club just now is well run forward thinking national but the money they fly for is pretty poor and nowhere near the history or prestige of getting a ticket in the snfc in my opinion the snfc lost some good leaders that were replaced by men who did a job as best they could at the time i just want one national as we don't have the room for two an auld saying united we stand divided we fall i don't hide my thoughts like some on this site i remember jim cullen standing up at our fed meeting and saying we were fed up with grown men playing its my ball and your not getting it people are getting totally pissed off with all the fighting

rules are there to be changed there are any hardliner's in both side's frank but will the normal run of the mill guy allow these peole to ruin the sport in scotland forever arthur scargill was a hard liner margaret thatcher was a hard liner what they doing now so maybe not this year but in years to come the hardliners will be dead

nobody is forcing anybody to buy just beware not everybody is the top class breeder or racer they claim to be ask anybody by private message who they would recommend make sure you send lots of private message's there are some good guys on this site who sell birds and others that are not in my opinion but i guess its all about opinions

only a proposal frank!! maybe people on the snfc committee want one national just like many scotsmen but have not thought it out properly but at least there is talk like this forum where sensible discussion's have taken place talking is the only way forward you know it and so do i

personally i would go for joint convoying and get both committee's around the table to get talking for a start aim to have rules in place say 2010 that both camps would be happy with there are lots of issues to sort out before one national but it can be done if there is give and take on both side's
