I've had to apply for a license today as trainign more than 1 lofts birds togeather, they need to know....wait for it 1) whereabouts they will be trained from (exact location) 2) what time they will be let go 3) which date excatly will you be training ( i told them possibly everyday for the next 6 months, but they need it more excat than that ???) 4) where they are going back to (loft locations) if you tell them you are training from point A on monday, you cannot train from anywhere else.....how stupid.
