what would they do with a goverment rung peregrine mate ? please tell me they have to have a a10 certifiacate stating ring number date hatched breeders details etc they wouldnt be able to do much with it other than fly it

i know of plenty of parrots that are kept indoors and arnt covered up at all or are cover but only for 6 hours or so and theses birds are still tame and dont scream so got to disagree with you again and about plucking yeah mainly bored but if youbuy a parrot i would expect you to at least know some basic info about them and what they need eg toys time out of cage and human interaction

parrots must have min off 12 hours dark if not thay pluck them selfs when in a cage if you cover them for 12 hours thay more tame dont pluck and it gives you rest as well i use to breed macaws blue n gold s hand rear them as well hard job i can say put ropes up in cage and toys nuts in shells greens but to menny chains balls rings thing to keep it happy it will then stop pluckking im sure
dont agree with that what so ever 12 hours of darkness i breed parrots none of mine get 12 hours of darkness and none of them have plucked them selves plucking can be a range of things from boredem to mites to a diesease so sadly disagree with you on that

albear its a good job you eamiled me to say birds wherent getting picked up as i havent recived a call from tracker to say that there was a problem even though it was me who rang to organise the pick up

i could understand all this if you where going to buy some xtccock but you ain t going to buy any so why dont you just leave it at that and let people who want to buy the birds buy them surely if theres anything wrong with the birds that are bough the forum members will be online to let people know

well said phil ive use some of my flying out stock once or twice to train my gundog they birds dont get harmed they are use to simulate a phezzie or similar bursting from cover

milker how can they breed from it you have to gice the ring number so if its a wild taken and youve cut ring off how you gunna breed from it ? and you will be waiting about 3-4 yr for it to breed
