should i take the tape off at the same time or should i try one in case they fly off?

hi i got some tumblers and taped one of the wings so i could let them out in the garden,how long should i leave the tape on? and any other advice on homing them and stopping them from flying off,thanks

hi im in birmingham and would like to go to a pigeon show but i cant seem to find any on the net, do i search for bird show or pigeon show or can you tell me of any in a 50 mile radius of brum,thanks
