Nim Chimpsky

I work 7 miles away from home, along the line of flight where my birds will return from races. I take them to work every morning and release them there. I leave their food in the loft so it's waiting for them when they arrive. Would anyone recommend that I also take them out for a toss in the afternoon? It would be more convenient for me to drive further and release them after work.
