had a freind drop off birds on his way home i never got none home on the night , got nine out of 22 home now but end of the day , they say you are only droping the sh** ?

i have 20 young birds to fly this year three are showing to be cocks and are a right pain in the hole , they wont fly all they do is drag all the rest of the section down to the roof tops so they can tred , time for change i know but what way would i work it i have a spare section .

known of them to land on oil rigs and the boys catching them up and taking them home , know of a man who returnd a doo from the stand by boat and got a reward for it .

is it a imprint bird or parent reard, who bred it , is it going through the moult , is it made to the hood , does it work with the ferrets and what like is it with dogs , does it scream , does it folow on , what is it flying weight . i dont want it but i know a man who might .

went into a guys doocot the other day he picks up a blue bar cock and says to me as he hands it over NOW THIS IS A REAL DOO , as long as you have a doocot full o real doos ye will be aright

i can memorise some of my birds ring numbers but not them all , i am starting a book now though since i have my own rings and a loft number now .

Well in that case it isnt one of mine lol , this year i am going to keep a book on birds and ring numbers .

a sparowhawk will hunt the same place until the food runs out then it moves on , if it is in real need it will hunt day to day birds that it normaly wouldnt chance messing with , (ie) crows ducks pigeons phesants you get the gist , song birds are a sparrow hawks main food .

I had something like this happen to me today , i had my masive team all 10 of my young birds out for a float about and as i was watching them ring up into the blue sky i noticed to the left of the birds there was a sparrow hawk , my heart jumpt and i said to my lad (check this out ) the doos started heading towards the spar , as the words W T F are they doing came out my mouth the spar started to head off with the young birds on its tail , they went well out of sight and i thought to myself is that spar being a fly b----d and draging the birds of to a better place to have a go at them ? but sure enough the birds came back into sight and continued to fly for another 30 mins .

well with me being new to doo's i have to ask this ! hat is YBS ?o i know it makes the birds sick but for how long ? and can they deal with it there selfs ? is it something they get that eventualy kills them ?
