most cheques ( im not saying all ) were writen as hth , so each cheque have had to go either into one account and sent as one cheque or may have been sent direct , as the site was not responsible for receipt of moneys this is unknown however the site has approached hth , and they have stated that it maybe sometime before they can update admin with the information thats been requested , and will be available to the site when any information is recieved , so it can be clearly seen that until hth send admin anything or blaz comes on theres nothing legaly that can be done , in the mean time we 'ALL' will have to await hth to respond to the request made by admin

the point is this some cant let it sink in the site has asked help the heroes for a reciept , now you can also ask the same thing direct be it the charity or blaz , hth have said it may be sometime before they'll be able to pass on that information and update there site , now do tell other than what has been said , where has it been said this matter is closed ??? nowhere as the site is persusing it via the right channels , but to continue discussing it when hth are looking into it pretty pointless , at the end of the day the site will produce one way or another the proof its members want, do you know how moneys was collected ? if you look at the sale all cheques were asked to be made out to hth , i understand at least one wasent cheques can be traced to an account , until hth gets back to admin with any news then neither the site can make a statement to its members nor can any aqusations be made until there are any facts

perhaps you can tell us what the truth is ??????? as you seem to be full of facts do tell , but rember the writen word is liable

the point is theres no answers if cheques were made to help the heroes as a donator you can check if these have been recieved by the charity until any clarification is made we know as much as you do which is very little , as been stated Pigeon Basics have been intouch with help the heroes , blaz has not been intouch with the site so indeed he has not made the information you require available , so whats the point of continuing , when we have humanly done everything that can be done at this time , blaz may yet furnish the information required , if you want the information then approach him or help the heroes

At no point has the finger as you so put it been pointed at you , however you look at it whether you took any money or not you helped with the organisation of the sale and auction . The site gave its blessing to help a charitable cause , and at no point did it say it would be accountable for proof of payment however steps have been made by the site to aquire proof of payment , albeit that all cheques were made directly to 'Help the Heros', the site gave the platform for the sale as for any moral obligation the sites is doing its uptmost to resolve this issues , as im sure you are as you also have a greater moral obligation been co-organiser .At no point has this site made any aqusations about any eregularitys at anytime about either co-organiser and have stated that this mater is been looked into and the site has made contact with help the heros , yet again this matter is closed until we have any news on this matter

this site was not responsible for the sale two members were , im sure they'll be happy to do so when they come on until then the matter is closed , if anyone wishes to persue help the heros to find out there more than welcome , but i suggest there carefull as strong alegations without proof is liable , as Blaz is not here to answer in person this subject is closed

as far as the sites aware it has been paid in , all cheques excepted were writen with 'help the heros' im sure in the near future there site will be updated with the donations if you wish to enquire on there site feel free to do so

im sure the local police would also get you done for waisting police time , no offense has been commited ???? surely your statement is liable for defamation of charicter
