hi pete , if they are four weeks old that means 28 day's put them together whit other weaners after one day they will eat by themself dont worry you just have to see that they will drink but normally this is no problem . regards ralph

hi harry , iam starting whit the young birds at 18 may there first race will be 75 miles during the season it will go up to 300 miles then as yearling they will flew the long distance up to 450 miles . this year i will race only the young birds i think i can race them verry well last year i ended up as 2 champion young birds long distance so i wanne try my luck this year maby i can make a provincial titel or national titel this year iam so confident in my birds this year becource they look exstreemly good strong well bild and verry healty so i will give it a shot 71 youngsters are waiting to get started in this verry moment they are training about 1,30 houer a day in about one month they will do 2 houers training i can already see that they are in good shape .well harry i have to wait and see wat they will do in about 7 weeks untill then i have to watch them at home during the training greetz ralph 8)

hi merlin , i will enjoy the site iam sure off that , and yes iam verry pleased whit the birds they are all rene van de weyer i toke last year 17 breeding pairs of rene out off his best and i have to say the birds looking stunning , if they performe like they look well iam verry sure i will end up better then last year in the championschip , i was 2 champion 2007 youngsters on the long distance up to 650 km and verry pleased whit that becaurce i restarted whit pigeons in 2005 so i did well . iam a retired lorry driver and after 25 years sitting on a lorry i thougt it was time to relax , so pigeons was the only option i never seeing anething else than pigeons at home my father raced pigeons his whole live so i will aswell and i enjoy every minit off it . i hope i gave you some info about me later on i will post a pic off me on the loft so that you can see who you are dealing whit . regards ralph
