how do i get started in this any advice welcome

well it will have to be ok i cant go bigger

that is nice i have been told that mine is too small and i will suffer big loses to raptors it was said if i start with 20 birds ill be lucky to end up with 2 left kinda took the wind out of my sales

hi all some of you may know me from other places well as i said im new to all this and feeling a bit lost i have designed my loft 16 x 8 ill post a pic of the design any help any one can give would be great i have so much to get it seems as i need everything lol wont be racing this year i dont think ill have the loft done in time but ill try well ask me anything you like i live in west wales just outside aberystwyth im 32
