i sent 18 su young birds back this weekend are you saying i should not have bothered ?

i would love to compete against thousands of birds but this is 2009 and i am youngest member of my club at a mere 47 years old , most guys in the fed are aged 60 to 70 and dont drive , if they joined another fed how would they cope with further travel for combine races ( at least 4 club members arrive with wheelbarrows )

some of these strays have been scared off or chased by some so called pigeon fanciers until they end up at the loft of a proper fancier who will report them ,by which time they will be in state, nervous and starving . give all strays a chance!
