Ally i used to be an agent for them, i would not feed it now if it was free. They had a problem there a while ago, food was an awful mess, but the response from Bamfords was pure unprofessional to say the least.

Many national winners and ace champions would prove your opinion wrong! Its a drug that has/is abused for short term performance enhancing and that is what gives it a bad name. But as a drug for treating what it was designed to do its the best. Its no worse than a lot of other drugs, some that have been mentioned in this thread. But what it does do is work efficiently when used correctly, but of course that means when not used correctly it can be lethal. Its for treating not preventing, simple as that really. When you see some of the replies in this thread you see the real reason why it, as well as a lot of other medicines, become a problem.

About half teaspoon to 10 liters. Make sure its 35% stuff, you will see a lot of diluted food grade for sale (bob's Best etc).

See if you can get yourself some Hydrogen Peroxide (human food grade), i guarantee no Baytril needed, nor any yeast problems!

I've seen results where they have been 6th club 6th sect 6th fed, i know what that tells me

Is a fed ticket worth counting if not in top 3 or 4? Also like to see how many section tickets are won too, because personally i'd rather see say 1st sect, 12th fed than i would 6th sect 6th fed. Proves that bird has gone against the drag and no been part of it.

How about studs advertising results/winners from a club they set up (named after the owners business), and nearly all members flying to their or other satellite lofts, so near 100% of birds are bred by the stud! Oh and funnily enough mentioned earlier as having good wins with the Krugers!

Did you not notice that all fanciers mentioned have a very big commercial interest in pigeon racing? Its no surprise that because they are the in thing that they cost a few quid. Buy them, win a bit more with them and even more quids....Its all part of the commercial merry-go-round of pigeon racing!

It does not matter who buys them, good, average or bad fanciers, new introductions have to improve what you already have. If they do not work to your system then they are no good for you! When you bring in a new line of bird that is competing against a family winning 8-12 firsts a year and they only win a 5th, then either they don't like the system or not up to the job. Either way they dont stay long. I should of worked it out when i bought them, but as i noted above i did not realise they were already second hand!

Maybe Hardy does'nt know he sells sh**, but i'm sure a lot will be, same as any fanciers do, they are not all good breeders, even those bred off the best, unless anyone knows different of course, and if you do can you pm a price list please .
